[MCPE-101356] All Skins from files/internet images when equiped appear as Steve on player 2’s screen

Whenever you get a skin from the web, it becomes Steve on the other player’s screen

Does the other player have "Only Allow Trusted Skins" disabled in Settings > Profile?
