I was playing survival mode and I found a dungeon but apparently it does not have a monster spawner but I did not brek the spawner. Plese fix this because it is a game breaking bug for making xp farms at the start of the game.

Can you please provide the world seed and coordinates of the dungeon where the spawner is missing?
If you make a new (creative) world with the same seed and go to those coordinates is the spawner there?
Were there any mobs in the dungeon when you first found it?
