In Bedrock edition. Pillager and Piglin holds crossbow didn't plays the loading end sounds and crossbow shoot sounds. But Java can.
Step:
Player use crossbow himself. And hear the crossbow sounds.
Spawn a pillager or crossbow piglin. give them a target they hostile to.
Hear the crossbow sounds they plays.
