On my xbox (with minecraft that has the new stuff) ive been on BETA for probably more than a year now and i cant join ANYTHING but my worlds, please fix my acc, ive tried redownloading but it didnt work-

What are you trying to join? If it's Realms or featured servers, then this is working as intended. Realms should not be available in beta versions and for featured servers, it is up to the server owner to decide whether beta users can join.
