Minecarts do not make any sound when moving on tracks

Affects 0.12.1 build 13. When riding a mine cart there is still no sound when riding on the tracks.

Confirmed on Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Android 5.0 Version: 0.12.1 Beta 13

Affects 0.12.1 final release.

You might as well close this issue because it is not a bug, this feature hasn't been added to Minecraft pocket edition yet.

This sound was never added to the game.

Still no minecart sound.... nice job....
