Villagers are acting weird ,sleeping on floors and disappearing

When the night appears some villagers if captured or enclosed disappears and appears again the next day ,while rest which were inside ,sleeps horizontally on more than 1 bed or on floor. Some flying point like objects are also visible at a distance falling of going real fast which is hard toh capture in an image and we figured that these flying things appear at night time when villagers disappear and those are not phantoms they are really fast and move from extreme side to other in less then a second ,pls focus on this.

And some of the recipes are still missing from the crafting table which was supposed to be correct when version 1.16.100.57 came 

And lastly mobs and villagers are getting still while rest of the mobs still moving ,though my fps was above 30 and the mobs remain still not getting hits and not even burning and some of villager too ,for temporary solution I used boat but they wont get in until i went far away from that chunk

My regrets that capturing the image of that flying speed point size villager (definitely not vex) was not possible .
