Profile picture has a delay before loading

In the menu where I can pick between: Resume Game, Feed(on realms), Settings, Marketplace, Feedback, Save and Quit, a delay occurs where my profile picture will show as a the grey humanoid picture. It’s random how long it lasts, but it can be anywhere from 2 to 10 seconds. Other people’s picture loads instantly for me. This does not just happen with me, it happens with friends across all different devices, where their own profile pictures won’t load instantly. It happens in both realms and normal games. It happens on PS4, Switch, Windows 10, iOS, and probably Xbox and android too.
