[MCPE-101904] Can't load Minecraft

When I try to open minecraft it goes onto the red mojang studios screen and will not go any further. I have tried leaving it for a few hours, I have tried clossing the application and reopening it and i have tried restarting my console. This only begun after installing the 2.16 update.
