I checked the PS4 and Minecraft for updates, both said they were the latest versions.
When we try to start Minecraft, it gets stuck on the red loading screen indefinitely.
When I look in the PS store, it tells me that I can buy Minecraft, but we already bought it years ago, so I'm nervous to uninstall it.
All other apps and games work on the PS4 without issue, and I was able to upload all of the kids' Minecraft stuff onto the PS Plus storage cloud.
Any idea what to try? Thanks.
