Someone spawned in a lot of ender crystals in one spot in my world, and now when trying to get into the world, the world generates and I cannot move or do anything, except close the game

When you are near the area, try the following command:
/kill @e [type = ender_crystal]
You may have to repeat this several times as you approach the area slowly.
