Items do not have a quick move animation in Education Edition block GUIs

Summary:
When quick moving items while in a compound creator, element constructor, lab table, or material reducer, the quick move animation does not play.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a world with Education Edition turned on

2. Place down a compound creator, element constructor, lab table, or material reducer

3. Open the block

4. Quick move an item to a different slot

Observed Results:
The quick move animation does not play.

Expected Results:
The quick move animation should play.
