I'm having problems when I'm entering the world of realms or some other mobile game, I'm entering the world, the world doesn't load and I can't do anything, and for the other players I'm in the world but standing still, at first I thought you problem in the internet connection, but this only happens only when I enter the realms server or some version of mobile that when I enter the PC and consoles my game works well, I would like to know if there is any way to solve this problem because I I bought realms and would love to play in the world

I have also experienced and still do sometimes experience this problem and I can not figure out a way to resolve it. I play on Xbox and I can’t connect to friends realms that I have previously been able to connect to. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game however nothing seems to work. I have also tried joining the realms on my phone and the same problem occurs.
