Second identical Written Book/Book & Quill stuck in inventory

This bug relates to MCPE-63905.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Obtain two Book & Quills.
2. Write anything (or even nothing) in the first book, sign with any title and author/default author. Keep this book in your inventory.
3. Use the exact same content, title, and author for the second book. This step must be in Creative mode.
4. Attempt to move the second book around in the inventory.

To reproduce for Book & Quill (unsigned), there must be some content written in both books first.

Expected Results:
The second book can be taken out of the inventory.

Observed Results:
The second book (including subsequent books with also the exact same content, title, author) gets stuck in the inventory.

Workaround:
As per MCPE-63905, dropping the book with Q (without the inventory screen) will fix the book.
You can also change the content for the Book & Quill to refresh it.
