I was on the version of minecraft windows 10 shown above on the details, and I wanted to use the light block for some content I was working on. When I went into a world with the "Education Edition" setting applied, I placed down the block. No light was emitted, I thought it could've been the shaders I was using, so I removed it. No light was emitted still, I took off all my resource packs. Light still wasn't being emitted from the block. I thought that the behavior packs and addons that I applied could be what is causing it. So I made a new world with the "Education Edition" setting applied, and the light block didn't emit light. Could you find the problem and fix the bug? I also have videos attached.
Thank you for your report!

The light block you are using has a light value of 0 (zero) - you will need to use the correct command to give yourself a light block with the light value you require.
