There is a bug in the PS4 version of Minecraft that prevents players from getting trophies by killing creepers with a bow and arrow. This is a bug that has been left out since the bedrock version, so it's time to get it fixed properly. As long as I can catch this trophy, I can get the Platinum Trophy, and I'm also considering purchasing various DLC.

You haven't solved the problem at all. Other people have been inquiring about the same thing and nothing has been resolved. That's why I'm writing this in the first place, because other people have inquired about it and it hasn't been fixed. Can't you seriously fix it for real?
The bug will be fixed in a future version (1.16.100). Also most staff are not developers and cannot actually fix the bug; their job is to pass the bug on to developers who will track the bug in their internal bug tracker.
