Minecraft Worlds

When my children were playing Minecraft v1.16.40 on their apple ipads it allowed them to join each others world.  When their apple ipads updated to the new apple software 14.0.1 my children can no longer join each others worlds. I have signed them out of Minecraft and xbox and signed them back in again and I have turned their ipads off and back on again and still they can not join each others world.

Can you please advise on how to fix this problem so my children are able to join each others worlds again.

We think this issue could be related to a new iOS 14 privacy setting for Local Network access. If you go to your settings app and select "Minecraft" from the list of apps, you should a toggle for "Local Network." Please let us know if turning that on resolves the issue.
