Xbox One Crashes to Home Screen

We play on a BDS via Shockbyte and our Xbox One players use Bedrock Connect to access the server. 

In the last week or so, Xbox One has been crashing all the way to the Home Screen. It does not happen with every Xbox One member and seems to come and go. Sometimes they are able to play for several days without it occurring but once it occurs, it happens multiple times in the same day and typically within the first few minutes of joining the game.  Players are doing different things and in different places when the crashes occur (I.E. it doesn't occur in the same location every time).
