Renderdragon latency 1.16.100.60

I play minecraft bedrock on my Windows 10 pc, I have an intel core i5 8250U with intel UHD 620 and a dedicated GPU Nvidia GeForce MX130 2GB. Since renderdragon got enabled there is a big latency (around 500ms) when I use Nvifia graphics card, but a smaller one when I use intel. Please fix this so I can have maximum performance when I play.

We need vsync to keep the frame rate as our monitor need it. It also helps the environment by saving energy. Global warming is an issue. Imagine 800,000 are playing minecraft playing without vsync generating too much fps and excess heat from hardware.

Microsoft had done like extracting carbon from the air, but the impact of fixing the vsync bug would help against greenhouse gasses.
