Minecraft on Nintendo Switch does not work anymore.

Minecraft on Nintendo Switch has not been able to work. It has been over 3 months since I've been able to play the game. At first, Minecraft would take an hour to even boot up, but now, it doesn't start at all. I thought it was my game card, so I bought the downloaded version. Nothing changed and I still can't get into the game.
