there are 2 issues.
1: CAVE SOUNDS
I absolutely despise cave sounds. This tracker says that the cave sound issue was fixed in 1.16.20. It is still there. I am making a lava cast, and every time I go near the top, A cave sound plays. Its either the dark orchestra, the minecart, or the DREADED VIOLIN SCREECH. They jump scare me horribly. Every time I go in to anywhere under sea level, a cave sound plays. PLEASE FIX THIS.
2: Water Music.
Every time you stick your head in the water, Shunji plays. I'm not against it, but Its all that plays.

Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets.
