When Evokers/Pillagers/Vindicators wander or walk they sprint, unlike witches and villagers that will wander with a slower speed. Most likely the Illagers has their attacking speed when they wander not the normal walking speed.

Evokers do slowly walk before 1.14 now after its walk speed is increased same with java
