My realm does not download to a normal world or a backup file, When I try to download my world it would normally download and put it in a backup file for me to download when needed, But in this case when I try downloading it it says; "Unable To Download World" this has been the same for 3 days.

If you haven't already, you might like to make use of the search feature to see if the issue has already been mentioned.
If you haven't already, try "closing" your realm, wait for the backup to appear in the list, and then download it. Attempting to download an active realm can sometimes have issues.
