[MCPE-10346] Mobs jump on slabs for few seconds while moving on them

Most mobs start jumping on all types of slabs when trying to move. My device is a Samsung Galaxy note 2 gt-n7100.

I have found that cows occasionally will not move on slabs. As if they get locked into one spot and cannot move again until some of the slabs around them are destroyed. Even if you are holding wheat, they will not move. (This seems related. Apologies if it is not 🙂 )

Still affects build 13 of 0.12.1. The mobs just keep on jumping on slabs. Hostile mobs do not come to attack the player at all while on slabs.

In 0.13.0 build 1, the mobs no longer jump on slabs. But the only problem is that they cannot move. This happens with any mob except for slimes

Only slimes, magma cubes,zombies and spiders jump on slabs in build 5 of 0.13.0. This is obviously a bug because zombies and spiders are not supposed to jump on slabs. But all other mobs just stand there and do not move at all!!
