Good day
I found an issue where blocks that usually emit light, do not do so anymore with RTX. I updated my game earlier today and was working fine before. I thought that maybe it was my texture pack that caused it (https://mcpedl.com/vanilla-rtx/)Â But then I tried the official Nvidia texture packs as-well, but still it didn't work. I also tried it without any texture packs enabled (only enabling RTX in settings) but still nothing. I updated all the texture packs and did a clean install of my graphics driver and reinstalled Minecraft as-well.

Thank you for your report!

From the FAQ:
WHY AREN'T ALL LIGHT-EMITTING BLOCKS GLOWING?
Only torches, redstone torches, end rods, and lanterns are coded as point lights. All other blocks will require emissive textures, made by creators. We have instructions on how to create textures packs that utilize these features at http://aka.ms/raytracingdocs

same issue over here, I even loaded official worlds instead of creating my own and using the razzleberry or nvidia resource pack. It was all the same, glowstone and sea lanterns do not light up whatsoever. only block that exhibited light was torches.Â
