When playing on a friends world if I log out and rejoin it starts me back at spawn with starter map. This happens every time I log out whether I save and quit or if the friend shuts down their world. The only way to bypass this issue is if I restart minecraft entirely and then rejoin the world. I generally play over LAN with my wife and needing to restart the game every time I play it can be extremely obnoxious.
