Player custimization bugged out, not showing achieved items or marketplace items.

None of the achievements that I get that include player cosmetics don't show up as well as bought items or preview items, it just shows steve. Also, doesn't show unlocked cosmetic next to achievements in the achievement tab or any emote selection. While in the menu, the mini person on the bottom right is invisible. I'm trying to upload the screenshots but it says "Jira could not attach the file as there was a missing token. Please try attaching the file again." Is there some other way to send the screenshots? I tried attaching again but it says the same thing

For the achievement and purchases issue, can you please confirm that you are logged with your Xbox Live account? You might also try logging out and back in.

I am logged into my microsoft account, the bought and achieved cosmetics are available again but when clicked do not affect that character appearance. I have logged out and logged in again and faced the same issue.

Β The most of the screenshots are from before it got fixed when I logged in. When I would click on the tabs there were no options and the achievements did not show the cosmetic unlocked next to it and the issue of not being able to see any cosmetic on character is still there
