Goat make random Vex noises some times, mostly when they attack another mob!
How to reproduce this bug:
-Spawn or find a goat
-Wait until they make the Vex noises

Because the goat is new mob in Minecraft, maybe the sound not be added yet, instead of using another mob sound.
