If you place down your armor stand and spawn some goats around it, they will attack it.
Step to Reproduce
1. Place an armor stand
2. Spawn some goats
--> they attack the armor stand

Isn't it the dupe of MCPE-104259? Which was resolved as WAI.
Or at least relates to MCPE-104259, as this is either the same thing or very closely connected.
It still should be "relates to" MCPE-104259, as they are very simular
