Marketplace and realms haven't worked in a year.

Realms and marketplace haven't worked in a year. I can never get into the store. Every time I click on it it says "unable to connect to the marketplace. Maybe check your internet connection?" I've reset my internet, reset and hard reset my Xbox even uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft. Nothing has worked. Realms don't even let me join anyone. It always says "unable to connect to realms" it's been like this for a year and I've tried everything.

Check if your firewall is blocking ports. If you use a router, check its firewall aswell.

Also check to see if your internet connection is fast and stable.
