[MCPE-104379] Turtle shell doesn't give water breathing when in bubble column

Steps to reproduce

Build a 2-block-high covered pool with a bubble column in one corner.
Equip a turtle shell helmet.
Enter the pool and wait until the water breathing effect runs out.
Enter the bubble column.
Exit the bubble column while staying in the pool.

Expected result

You get the water breathing effect.

Actual result

You do not get the water breathing effect.

On Java Edition, water breathing is given as long as the player can breathe, however on Bedrock this is not the case. I hoped this gets fixed so turtle shells become more worth it.

This shouldn't affect anything, as bubble columns refresh your air when you are in them, which is also the reason you do not gain water breathing.

@HungryFordTPG: you are missing the point. The expected result implied here is that entering a bubble column would reset the water breathing effect just like entering an air block does, so that you have 10s of water breathing effect when you exit the bubble column.

Bubble columns are not considered water blocks by the game, since they restore air. It's kind of like how waterlogged blocks can't be used in water columns.
