Villager didn't decrease it's value after curing I cured my cleric and it just decrease rotten flesh trade from 32 to 26 this happen with my other villager too

The more modest discount applied now is correct. From the changelog for 1.16.100.51 beta:
Trade discounts from Hero of the Village and Curing Zombie Villagers now match the Java Edition (MCPE-70782)
The players now have to now cure the villager 4 to 5 times to get the 1 emerald trade. Just like the Java Edition.
An attachment with a disallowed file extension has been removed from this ticket.
