[MCPE-1049] Arrows not damaging you

When i shot myself it did the sound but my health bar didnt go down

Bows aren't as strong as PC and XBOX so it would take a couple of hits before it works. Anyways, I can't reproduce. Working as intended.

weird, i did shoot myself once, and my health doesnt go down, but i shot myself by shooting at a painting and it defected

In previous versions as 0.14 was possible, but now it is not anymore !!
Why did they remove it ??
