Music Command Plays Music For All Players In The World

When using the music command, there's no way to play music for just one player, therefor it plays for the entire world, no matter the distance.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Get 2 or more players in a world

  2. Use the music command to play a music file

  3. The music will play for all players regardless of distance

Expected Behavior:

  • The music command has a target option that allows the command to be used per player

Actual Behavior:

  • The command plays music for all players with no way to play music for just one player
