[MCPE-105036] Connection problem

Hello. I have a problem. I can't connect to the world of a player who is on xbox one, and they can't connect either. The connection to the Internet is stable, subscriptions corresponding to the online mode are present, and when you try to join, we get an error: it is Impossible to connect to this world
