Purchased the Pets 2 pack and when we try to generate the world the game crashes and sends us to the Xbox home page

Your welcome, hopefully it can be fixed. My son is quite upset that he earned some money to buy it and it won’t work for us.
Same situation here. Loading Minecraft app, crashes most times. Other times the realms plus won’t connect, and other times when realms plus is trying to load it will crash.
How do we get our money back? Since there is no turn around time for a fix or any updates. I'm getting very frustrated.
