Every time I am in a Mine Cart and I go over a Activator rail I get somehow kicked out of the Mine Cart and I am trying to make rails going all around my world for fast travel but this Mine cart problem is really getting in the way.

The activator rails are working as intended. To propel a minecart you need to use powered rails (the golden ones).
