I try and join my friends server but it is stuck on locating server.

I have tried all the advice (NAT is open and i have no restrictions) but i have not tried uninstalling the game and i don't really want to unless i have to. Any advice? Thanks.

PS. My friend lagged out when this happened and so i got disconnected and tried to rejoin but this happened
