Bug Description
Cauldrons and scaffolding release only a small amount of particles when broken by the player, even when compared to blocks with similar (non-standard) hitboxes such as composters, anvils, lecterns, etc. The particles released are also shaped in either a stair or strip-like shape, instead of the usual square shape.
Steps to reproduce
- Place a cauldron/scaffolding
- Break it
What was expected
The particles released would match the ones from similarly sized blocks
What was observed
Only a small amount of particles is released

This has nothing to do with the shape of the bounding or collision boxes at all. This happens because these blocks use their bottom texture for particles, which have a lot of empty space.
On Java Edition, these blocks use the side and top textures for particles respectively.
