[MCPE-10565] No way to get rid of pigmen in overworld

When pigmen are in the overworld, they will act normal, but if the world is saved and reopened, they will be in the same place and status as they were when they first entered the overworld, even if they were killed.

I don't currently have 0.13.1, but the bug seems to be gone in 0.14.0 b1
