Underwater musics playing in creative mode

Whenever I go underwater, I hear either "Dragon Fish", "Axolotl", or "Shuniji", even in creative mode! I'm not sure whether this is a bug or an intended feature. Please fix this!

How to reproduce:

Step 1: Go into creative mode.

Step 2: Go underwater.
