This also happened to me. Can't use custom resource packs anymore; haven't been able to play Minecraft since then.
That's not supposed to happen.
Edit the resource pack and change the music filename to "blocks.ogg". Since Blocks is the longest disc, this might fix it.
The personal resource pack is installed through DurangoFTP and has the manifest of the Classic Texture Pack to get it into global resources.
But does the world still save to the cloud?
On my Xbox, it sometimes even shows a notification that says "syncing world data succeeded".
Step 1: Edit the splashes.json file.
