Ever since this update, I haven't been able to use my personal resource pack, which uses the manifest of the Classic Texture Pack. Please allow us to use custom resource packs.
I hope my pet Shiteyan'yo (strider), Used Napkin, is okay.

The personal resource pack is installed through DurangoFTP and has the manifest of the Classic Texture Pack to get it into global resources.
You should not directly reuse a manifest from a different resource pack unless you change all of the UUID's to be unique. Otherwise that can cause conflicts and is definitely not supported.
How are you installing your personal resource pack on Xbox? The only supported way to do so is to add it to a world that is uploaded to a realm from an open platform (like Windows PC or Android) and then download onto your Xbox.
What happens when you try to use your personal pack (error messages, etc)? Just saying that it does not work is not enough information to understand your issue.
