Steps to Reproduce:
Have no bones in your inventory
Kill a skeleton that drops bones
Walk over the bones so that they go into your inventory
Check your inventory and see if there are now bones in your inventory
If there are no bones, check if there is an empty slot in your inventory
If there is an empty slot, try to move something else into that empty slot
Observed Results:
When I pick up bones, they go into my inventory and then turn invisible. That spot in my inventory is then unusable. Items can't be placed in it and the bones cannot be moved out of that inventory slot.
Expected Results:
When I pick up bones, they appear in a slot in my inventory and can be moved around to other slots in my inventory.
I have attached a video of me attempting to shift click some rotten flesh into the first slot in my hotbar. It doesn't move into that slot because that position is filled up by bones that appear invisible.

Hey! Thank you for patience.
Can you confirm that issue occurs on all worlds that are created on latest version of Minecraft and
could you attach/upload affected by bug world file?
This ticket will automatically reopen when you reply
This is happening in a multiplayer world that I don't own the world file for. But it is only happening to me and not the other four players in the world.
I just created a new local world and it doesn't seem to be an issue when I collect bones in that world.
Does MCPE-154685 describe this issue?
Otherwise, please record a reproduction of the problem on video and attach it to this report.
In case the resulting video file is too large to be uploaded to the bug tracker directly, please upload it elsewhere (e.g. as unlisted video on YouTube) and link to it here.
MCPE-154685 is for a full inventory. This issue occurs even if your inventory is not full.
There is already an attached video on the report showing the issue with the first inventory slot of the hot bar being filled by an invisible item.
Please attach a video of how you reproduce the issue.
The video that is attached to the report already shows the consequences of the issue caused, and not the reproduction.
These are videos of the issue. In the first one, the number of bones stays at one instead of three and then can't be moved or replaced in that inventory slot. In the second video, the helmet and arrows are both invisible until I relogged or picked up another arrow.

Thank you for your video and for your report.
I think this is still the problem MCPE-154685
-Desync when picking up arrows in the second hand and other items. We will be tracking this issue in MCPE-154685. I also updated MCPE-154685 a bit and now there are steps to reproduce without the requirement to fill the inventory (just then you need to throw arrows first, and then other items). As a workaround, I would recommend not using arrows in the second hand, or taking a full stack in the second hand when hunting skeletons.
