Going into the settings menu while in-game, there is a graphical glitch on the left and top borders of the menu screen.

Duplicate of MCPE-10529. To answer your question, No it doesn't.
Toggling Third person view causes the border to show.
Please let us know if this problem changes when you turn on/off any of animated water, fancy graphics or beautiful skies.
