When going into the options menu there are graphic glitches on the left.
Steps to duplicate options screen border problem
-Go to options screen.
-Switch to 2nd person view and 3rd person view.

Can confirm. In my case, it also doesn't say "Minecraft Pocket Edition" on the icon (on the launcher).
Only time I get the bug is when I hit the custom skin button. When the window to browse for my skin pops up, the glitch will be behind the window. When the window closes it goes away. Note 3 on 5.0.

I agree with the skin thing where it shows up when I select or back out of the skin selection(in my case the Gallery app). it also shows the yellow static squares as I call them, changing with the background of the screen and changing when I pull down my notifications menu.
