As stated in the title, items with format version 1.16.100 do not show up at all; nowhere to be found using the /give command. Changing the format version has gotten the item to appear for me and I am in 1.16.100 as I have access to the new emotes

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).

That's not a bug, you just haven't assigned an item texture correctly. minecraft:icon is used in the behavior item, and item clients aren't used anymore.
