Can't connect to server even with cellular data and comes out with the message "You need to be connected to Wi-Fi to play with your friends."

When I want to get into the server, I have activated the cellular data option which should allow me to get into the server without using Wi-Fi but I still can't connect to multiplayer and the message "You need to connect to Wi-Fi to play with your friends. " is displayed and until now I still can not connect with any multiplayer world. I hope that Mojang Studio can solve this problem immediately as this has affected many people playing Minecraft Bedrock Edition.
