[MCPE-106149] No online play over data

I have had this issue since I bought my OnePlus 7. While attempting to play minecraft through data it will say "you must connect to wifi" I have turned on use data in the settings and messed with all of my settings in minecraft and the Xbox app trying to resolve this problem.
