When entering the Nether portal, to explore, it was quiet, but when leaving the Nether through the portal, the game had a problem, I took damage when I was already going to the normal world, and I returned to the Nether. I entered the portal again, this time I was able to return to the normal world, but the game was full of problems, bugs, only entities such as horses, items, chests, but no land, nor anything wood. This is my bug report for version 1.16.100, the first bug I've seen so far.

Are you still having this issue in the 1.16.201 version? Are there any add-ons being used in that world? If so, does it still happen if you remove the add-ons? Does the issue happen in any other world?
