[MCPE-106210] I’ve owned the founders cape for a while now, but it has disappeared from my inventory when I’m customizing my characters. It is still on the characters but if I take it off I cannot put it back on.

I did the new 1.16.100 patch yesterday and it has removed the founder cape from my inventory, I obtained it legitimately when it was free and have used it for a while and is no longer equip-able although it has remained on my characters for now, I am concerned that I will not be able to get it back for free.

Just a little bit here about the bug.
The founders cape skin pack is in my inventory, but the cape is not in the cape tab.
